RoofRoadie is operated by Vadasz Publishing LLC. RoofRoadie provides tools that help roofing companies communicate with prospective and current customers, schedule appointments, and manage roofing projects.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide, including your name, telephone number, email address, property address, roofing needs, communication preferences, messages, appointment details, and records of your consent to receive text messages. We may also collect ordinary technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to respond to your request, connect you with the roofing company identified on the form, provide scheduling and project updates, deliver customer support, maintain records, prevent misuse, and comply with legal and carrier requirements.
Text messaging and consent
RoofRoadie account owners may choose to receive account and business activity text messages from Lucy by checking the separate, unchecked SMS consent box during Hire Lucy registration. These messages may include account status, lead and task alerts, schedule updates, and service notices. Owners who do not opt in can use RoofRoadie with email communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text consent is optional and is not required to use RoofRoadie. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
This RoofRoadie messaging program sends texts only to account owners who opt in. It does not send texts to roofing customers or leads. Mobile information and text-message consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with telecommunications and other service providers only as reasonably necessary to deliver the service, protect it, or comply with law. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared for unrelated purposes.
Retention, security, and choices
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal or operational obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP and may request help by replying HELP.
