RoofRoadie Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 20, 2026

These terms apply to your use of RoofRoadie, operated by Vadasz Publishing LLC, including communications from Lucy on behalf of participating roofing companies.

RoofRoadie messaging program

RoofRoadie account owners who separately opt in during Hire Lucy registration may receive operational text messages from Lucy about their RoofRoadie account and business activity. Messages may include account status, lead and task alerts, schedule updates, and service notices. This messaging program does not send texts to roofing customers or leads.

Consent to receive texts is optional and is not required to purchase or use RoofRoadie. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; after opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or email kathelen@roofroadie.com.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on your carrier and device.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the service, impersonate another person, interfere with operation of the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. Roofing services are provided by the participating roofing company, which is responsible for its own estimates, work, warranties, and customer commitments.

Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in the RoofRoadie Privacy Policy. Mobile information and text-message consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Questions may be sent to kathelen@roofroadie.com.
